South Austin neighborhoods technically begin just south Lady Bird Lake and extend all the way down through Travis Heights, Shady Hollow, Onion Creek and beyond. Some of the most popular parts of Austin immediately surround the areas around Auditorium Shores and Zilker Park and is home to some of Austin’s most quirky, eclectic real estate to be found.
