Keep your FOCUS.

Do you ever notice that sometimes, even after what seems like a busy and productive day, you didn't actually get a chance to work on the things you really wanted to?
We we do!
So we would like to share with you some suggestions from our productivity guru Jason Womack. He addresses this important issue with a simple exercise the he has successfully utilized with his clients around the world. Jason calls it refreshing your focus every 24 hours, and it consists of three easy steps you can follow to help reclaim your focus and take back your day.
- On a sticky note, write down three areas in your life or work that you'd like to dedicate time to throughout the day, and put it on your computer screen or telephone.
- Check in throughout the day, but don't just read the sticky note. Read the note and then ask yourself the following question: Am I doing what I said I would be doing today?
