I have lived in various parts of central Austin, from the "'04" to Lake Travis. Like some of my favorite restaurants with multiple locations found North and South in town (featured above), my listings range from Round Rock subdivisions to remodeled hip East Austin bungalows. My background is a good mix for the Austin real estate market, if I may say so myself. I have an endless work ethic, love trying new things and meeting new people, and I have a passion for marketing as well as helping others. In college I interned with a large media company whose clients consist of Coca-Cola and Kraft, learning the ropes of marketing and the importance of media placement. My final year in college I was one of five presenters, on a twenty person advertising team creating a National campaign for one of the largest internet companies Yahoo!, and winning the competition on the National level, taking me to my first gig in Advertising in the mid-West.
My work ethic and love for people has had me well vested in the service industry since the age of 15, working in all sorts of positions, throughout high school, and college. Ultimately being born in Texas, love for warm weather and this eclectic city brought me back to Austin and into an industry I can combine all of my strengths not only as a career, but a passion.

She knew Austin was where she wanted to call home and has never looked back. She has been part of the Southwest and Westlake communities where she has raised her 2 boys. With her husband and sons they have been involved in volunteering for various organizations within the community over the years.
Karen found a love for Austin Real Estate almost immediately and decided to pursue her passion and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2005.
